on the job: St. John’s Prep

Spent some time with the students and teachers at St. John’s Prep for some branding photo updates. We were there in the Fall, but smart marketing professionals know that a new season = new photos!

Saint John’s Prep is just outside of Boston and has a beautiful 175 acre campus for their 1,400+ middle and high school students. I always love being able to tell a school’s community story through photos.

Your website called, it’s tired of wearing the same photos from 2022

If it’s been a while since your institution updated the photos on your website, you’re not alone. Time gets away from us when we aren’t paying attention and pretty quickly your ‘new lifestyle photos’ are 3 years old. The faces on your site may have long since graduated, and some other cringe fashion trend from your youth is making a comeback. on the job: alcorn state university

This fall, I had the opportunity to travel to Mississippi for a two-day shoot at Alcorn State University. The first day we had beautiful, sunny fall weather, while the second brought an overcast, foggy atmosphere. While on campus there was no shortage of programs to document. We hopped from the business school, to the tennis courts, agricultural courses in the chicken coop and radio & television hands-on-experience on set. It was a great experience to travel outside of my usual stomping grounds and challenge myself in a fresh setting.

on the job: Widener homecoming weekend

Widener’s Homecoming weekend had it all…Tailgate Village and Wild Zone, Flag and Wreath Laying Ceremony, Alumni Reunions, Statue Unveilings, the Homecoming Court Reception, a traditional Broom Drill, and finally, of course, the Homecoming Football Game.
